Guten Tag Grundsätzlich habe ich den Bewerbungsprozess sehr gut erlebt. Sie haben immer sehr schnell auf meine Mails reagiert und so haben wir bald einen Vorstellungstermin abmachen können. Im Hotel selber waren alle immer sehr freundlich und ich fühlte mich wohl.

Nathalie has been working at the Hotel Walther for over 12 years - currently as Chef de Rang at the bar. She likes the large number of regular guests who come back every year and that it is a family run hotel. The whole quality of life is in Pontresina higher than in Mannheim - everything is a little more relaxed and less hectic. In her free time she likes to go hiking or do handicrafts. But her great passion are books - she has now over 2000 of them. She still would like to fulfill a dream: Travel a half year throught Iceland!

The ambitious, young chef has been at the Hotel Walther since 2015. In between, he completed an apprenticeship at the renowned cooking school "Le Cordon Bleu" in Madrid. Since the winter 19/20 he supports our chef as sous chef in the kitchen team . Felix Bantel praises the high esteem in which the Hotel Walther is held as an employee.

The long-time Chef de Rang loves the familiar atmosphere in the Hotel Walther and the philosophy on which it is based. He was impressed by the sporty, active and health-conscious lifestyle in Pontresina. He is sporty himself and loves the interaction with different people, customs and cultures. He would like to discover this on future trips to foreign countries.

The longtime waiter feels like a family in the Hotel Walther. This although everything is quite different from his home country Spain: the climate, the food, the houses, the language, the people and their habits. The family man enjoys mountain biking, playing tennis and hiking. He is especially fond of antiques. So he collects old cameras. His wish would be to spend Christmas and the holidays at home with his wife and son once in his life.

The 50-year-old Romanian has been working at Hotel Walther as casserole and in the office since 2011. He likes the special atmosphere in the Hotel Walther, and he appreciates the better prospects for the future and life that working in Switzerland offers him. In his free time, he loves to cook or play football. Also

the trips with his wife to Livigno, Tirano, Chiavenna or Chur for shopping are part of it. For the future he would like to travel to Romania or Europe - Italy and Spain.

The hotel will take care of all administrative work and tax issues for working in Switzerland. This means that you do not need to do any extra-professional work.
